You explicitly agree that you will only use BugsScanner to scan targets (domains, IP addresses, applications) that you own or for which you have explicit, written permission to test. Unauthorized scanning of third-party assets is strictly prohibited and may violate local and international cybercrime laws.
We reserve the right to terminate your account immediately if we detect unauthorized or malicious scanning activity.
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BugsScanner Inc. and its licensors.
In no event shall BugsScanner Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
